Our Time in 2021

Every moment of every day can be amazing history with you and our Father. You have the chance to connect with Him and draw near to Him every second of every day. To be a part of His plans as He uses you in His Kingdom. To know His ways and follow His Son, every second of every day. 

But you must choose. You have the choice, in every circumstance of your life, to be looking through His eyes at those circumstances. The more you choose to see life as He does, and the potential as He does, the more you will do the same in the future. Intentionality begets intentionality. The stronger you become, the stronger you become. Pressing on, as Paul says, to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of you. Phil. 3:12-14.

You have the opportunity to be in His will every second of every minute of every hour of every day of every week of every month of every year of every decade of your life. This year, will you take advantage of His nearness? Will you take advantage of His loving-kindness and desire to guide you? Will you take advantage of the opportunity to do whatever work, even the tough work, He has for you at that moment, and it be for His glory? Your choice.

But know this: The enemy will fight you at every turn, and in any way he can, and in any way you will let Him. You are the one who must take every thought captive and make certain it is of Christ. Because an action based on a thought not of Christ is wasted time. 2 Corinthians 10:5. The enemy knows how Revelation ends. He knows God. He knows he loses in the end. But between now and then, he will steal every moment he can from you. He will kill your thoughts of doing God’s will. He will work to destroy whatever he can of God’s work in and around the life you live.

Though he knows in the end he losses the battle, he will try to win every skirmish he can. He will take every moment of your thought life and the actions that follow, and put them in his win column.
